Fees:
Effective October 9, 2013,
Each calendar year the first 500 pages per person* are free, then $.50 per page thereafter.
* Person is defined as a person, corporation, partnership or any other entity.
Searching and document viewing is provided as a free service by the Cumberland County Register of Deeds. Printing and/or downloading will incur the following charges:
Monthly Subscribers
Monthly subscribers will be charged $50.00 per month subscription fee and $.50 per page after the first 500 pages. To become a monthly subscriber simply fill out the registration form and choose a User Name and Password for future visits
Non-Subscribers
Non-Subscribers do not have a login and will be charged $.50 per page after the first 500 pages. There is no monthly subscription fee. When printing and downloading, users will be prompted with a credit card form
Plans
Plans may be printed/downloaded for $.50 per page after the first 500 pages. Any other copies are available for $5.00 each by calling the Registry at 207.871.8389 x 3
